How to access Whizz Assist
Whether you have a product query or want to discuss your reports, Whizz Assist is only a few clicks away.
Within your Parent Account, click the top right menu (…) and then choose ‘Support’.
A blue chat bubble will appear on the bottom left corner – click that and we’ll be with you in just 10 seconds.

Once you’re on, our team of ‘Whizzards’ can take over your screen and provide a tutorial – whatever you need.
Whizz Assist is available on weekdays and we’ve just expanded to 22 new countries – taking us to 41 countries and counting. Support is fully localised so you’ll get help in your country’s main language. And if you happen to catch us out of hours, you can leave a message and rest assured, we’ll get back to you asap.
